In this one day workshop, JM Fortier and Dany Bouchard will provide you with an overview of the techniques, tools, design philosophy and appropriate technology that makes a market garden productive and profitable. We will spend the first half of the day in a classroom reviewing bio-intensive techniques and tools before heading out to Ecolibrium's fields to discuss bed prep, seeding and weeding on a small-scale farm going through the transition of adopting Fortier's techniques as detailed in best-selling The Market Gardener.
